My Story

My beginnings

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in motion — working, surviving, carrying responsibility. I grew up learning how to keep things together, even when it meant pushing myself past the edge.

By the time I was old enough to drink, I had already lived through more than most people could imagine: military transitions, cross-country moves, marriages and divorces, raising kids through crisis, and holding it all together while my own world felt like it was crumbling.

On the outside, it looked like I was strong and capable. On the inside, I was exhausted. My weeks blurred into work and obligations, my weekends into escapes. I didn’t have the space to ask myself what I actually wanted — I just kept moving because standing still felt impossible.

Everything began to shift when life left me no choice but to stop surviving. The cracks I had been covering started to widen. Old patterns — people-pleasing, overworking, numbing, pretending — weren’t working anymore.

It wasn’t glamorous, and it definitely wasn’t instant. Change started small: asking harder questions, facing truths I’d been avoiding, learning how to listen to myself again. I had to unravel the patterns that had once kept me safe, so I could realign with who I actually was becoming.

That’s where I began to see possibility. Not in chasing perfection, but in realizing I didn’t have to keep living the same cycles.

Through years of trial, healing, and growth, I’ve built a life that actually feels like mine. I’m no longer just surviving; I’m creating, choosing, and moving forward in ways that are aligned with my values and the life I want to live.

It wasn’t quick. It wasn’t linear. But it was worth it. And now, I get to walk beside others while they do the same — unraveling what weighs them down, realigning with what matters, and emerging into lives that feel like freedom.

I share my story because I know how lonely it feels to think you’re the only one struggling. You’re not. I’ve been there — and I know firsthand that it’s possible to create a different life, even when it feels out of reach.

If you’re reading this and wondering if change is possible for you: it is. You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.

Let's work together

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Coaching is the space where you get to set down the weight you’ve been carrying, get honest about what’s keeping you stuck, and start moving toward something that actually feels like yours.

If you’re ready to unravel what’s holding you back, realign with what matters, and begin to emerge into your next chapter, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Your first step is simple: book a free session and let’s see what becomes possible.
