The Deep
The rule is already visible.
But still persuasive.
Be good.
Be easy.
Be grateful.
Be loyal.
Be impressive.
Be careful.
Be less expensive to love.
Be less difficult to choose.
Be less dangerous to disappoint.
You have seen what it costs.
And still, when the moment gets real, the rule tries to return.
It calls itself timing.
It calls itself discernment.
It calls itself kindness.
It calls itself being realistic.
It calls itself “not wanting to hurt anyone.”
The Deep is where we stop letting the rule rename itself and walk back in.
This is not a place where I rescue you from the choice.
This is the place where I refuse to collude with the rule while you build the authority to stop obeying it.
This round of The Deep holds ten women in an eight-week live container.
Cohort 1 begins January 12, 2027 and ends March 9, 2027.

What The Deep is
The Deep is a live 8-week container for practicing the new standard after the old rule has been revealed.
The Reveal shows you what has been deciding through you.
The Deep is where you stop organizing your life around it.
This is the work of choosing when goodness is no longer allowed to be the price of belonging.
Not theoretically.
In the conversation you keep avoiding.
In the price you keep lowering.
In the offer you keep softening.
In the relationship dynamic you keep explaining away.
In the room where your body still tries to become acceptable before it becomes honest.
The Deep gives you structure, reflection, and direct containment while you practice living under new terms.
We work through systemic constellations, bringing into view the relationships, loyalties, and patterns that insight alone hasn’t shifted.
And this work isn’t limited to the woman whose constellation we’re exploring.
Sometimes you’ll be at the center. Sometimes you’ll represent. Sometimes you’ll witness someone else’s system and recognize something you’ve been carrying in your own.
You don’t have to be the subject of the constellation for the work to reach you.
Recognition
This is for you if
You already know the pattern.
You have enough insight to stop pretending confusion is the issue.
You can feel the rule when it enters, but you still sometimes hand it the pen.
You are tired of being the responsible one if responsibility means disappearing.
You are tired of calling delay discernment.
You are tired of shrinking the ask before anyone has said no.
You are tired of being praised for the version of you that costs the most to maintain.
You are ready to make new movement before the rule negotiates its way back into power.
This is not for you if
You want me to choose for you.
You want more insight without changed behavior.
You want the old rule to be understood, honored, and left in charge.
You want a gentle place to keep explaining why the move cannot happen yet.
You are looking for therapy, crisis support, medical care, or psychological treatment.
You need everyone involved to approve of your change before you make it.
The Deep is not punishment. It is not pressure. It is not performance.
It is clean containment.
You keep your agency.
The rule loses cover.
The practice
What we do inside The Deep
We gather twice a week for eight weeks.
Ten women. Sixteen gatherings. A collective that develops its own history as the work unfolds.
Each gathering makes room for constellation work, reflection, and what has surfaced since we last met.
You won’t spend eight weeks waiting for your turn. Every constellation is an opportunity to see, feel, and encounter something that may matter in your own life.
And what emerges between gatherings matters just as much as what happens in the room.
We work with one live pattern, decision, threshold, or recurring place where the rule still has access.
Each week, we look at how the rule shows up in real time: what it says, what it asks you to preserve, what it makes expensive, and where you are tempted to obey it again.
Then we build the new standard through movement.
A sentence.
A boundary.
A price.
A refusal.
A request.
A pause.
A truth spoken without apology.
A choice made without asking the rule for permission.
This is where the work becomes lived.
Not a breakthrough you admire.
A standard you can hold.
The room
The standard of the room
The Deep is intimate by design.
This is not a spectacle.
You will not be asked to perform your pain for a group.
You will not be pushed to make your life into content.
You will not be rescued from the consequence of your own authority.
You will be met clearly.
You will be interrupted when the rule starts speaking through your mouth.
You will be given room to choose without being allowed to pretend the old obedience is neutral.
That is the standard.
New terms
The promise
By the end of The Deep, you will know the rule well enough to stop confusing it with truth.
You will have practiced the first movements of a life that no longer organizes around staying good.
You will leave with a clearer standard, a cleaner relationship to your own authority, and less tolerance for the places where self-abandonment still tries to dress itself as love, loyalty, maturity, or wisdom.
The outcome is not that you become fearless.
The outcome is that fear no longer gets to borrow the rule’s authority and call itself the truth.
This round holds ten women.
Apply for The Deep
You arrive with your own question. You become part of a collective whose work reaches beyond any one woman’s story.
Applying is a way to name what you are ready to stop organizing your life around.
And to see whether The Deep is the room for that work.
